These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kovyq.com (the "Website"), including any purchases, products, services, features, content, promotions, and other functionality offered through the Website (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

By using the Website or purchasing from KOVYQ, you represent that:

KOVYQ operates an online retail store offering products that may include:

Product availability may change without notice.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

In rare circumstances, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfill an item, we may:

  • Offer an appropriate alternative where applicable; or

  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item.

5. Pricing and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on kovyq.com are shown in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is generally the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to corrections for obvious pricing, technical, or system errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

If a material pricing error affects an order, KOVYQ may cancel the affected transaction before shipment and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

  • The payment information you provide is accurate;

  • You authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase; and

  • You will not knowingly use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment information.

KOVYQ generally does not store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Payment authorization does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

Transactions may be reviewed by KOVYQ, Shopify, payment processors, financial institutions, or fraud prevention services.

7. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation email.

This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or fulfilled.

KOVYQ reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud;

  • Unauthorized transactions;

  • Payment verification issues;

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or system errors;

  • Duplicate orders;

  • Unusual purchasing activity;

  • Abuse of promotions;

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no other amount is legitimately owed, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside KOVYQ's reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays;

  • Weather;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • High-volume periods;

  • Holiday demand;

  • Address issues;

  • Delivery attempts;

  • Security or carrier procedures; and

  • Other logistics events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact care@kovyq.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

Any transfer of risk or responsibility for shipped products will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged products, lost packages, and related claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By purchasing from KOVYQ, you acknowledge that return eligibility, procedures, deadlines, inspection requirements, and refund processing are subject to that policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

11. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order by contacting:

We will make reasonable efforts to honor eligible cancellation requests.

However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already:

  • Entered fulfillment;

  • Been prepared for shipment; or

  • Been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is generally no longer possible.

After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Promotional Offers

KOVYQ may offer promotions from time to time, including:

  • Discount codes;

  • Bundle pricing;

  • Multi-buy promotions;

  • Limited-time offers;

  • Free products;

  • Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotions; and

  • Other promotional incentives.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;

  • Promotional offers have no independent cash value;

  • Promotion eligibility requirements must be satisfied at checkout;

  • Promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time before an eligible order is placed; and

  • Products purchased through promotions remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Buy 2, Get 1 Free Promotions

Where KOVYQ offers a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion, the customer must add the required number of qualifying products to the cart and satisfy the promotional conditions shown on the Website.

Unless otherwise stated, the promotion applies only to eligible products.

If a promotional order is later partially returned, the promotion may be recalculated based on the products the customer keeps.

If the retained products no longer meet the promotion's eligibility requirements, they may be recalculated at their applicable non-promotional prices.

The refund will then be based on the adjusted value of the transaction.

Products received free through a promotion have no separate cash value.

For a full refund of a qualifying promotional purchase, all products included in the promotion may be required to be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

14. Discount Codes

Discount codes may be subject to conditions such as:

  • Minimum purchase amounts;

  • Eligible products;

  • Eligible customers;

  • Specific geographic regions;

  • Maximum discount values;

  • Usage limits;

  • Expiration dates; or

  • Other promotional restrictions.

Unless specifically permitted, discount codes may not be combined.

KOVYQ reserves the right to cancel or refuse the application of a discount obtained through unauthorized use, manipulation, fraud, technical exploitation, or abuse.

15. Returns, Chargebacks, and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, we strongly encourage you to contact KOVYQ Customer Care at care@kovyq.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In most cases, a chargeback is not necessary.

Our Customer Care team can review and resolve legitimate concerns involving:

  • Deliveries;

  • Returns;

  • Refunds;

  • Cancellations;

  • Damaged products;

  • Incorrect items; and

  • Other order issues.

Contacting KOVYQ directly is often the simplest way to resolve an order concern.

If a refund is appropriate under our policies, KOVYQ may issue the eligible refund directly to the original payment method without requiring a chargeback.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, KOVYQ reserves the right to provide relevant information to the payment processor, financial institution, or other entity reviewing the dispute.

Such information may include:

  • Order records;

  • Payment records;

  • Customer communications;

  • Shipping records;

  • Tracking information;

  • Delivery information;

  • Refund records;

  • Website policy records; and

  • Other information relevant to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's lawful right to initiate a legitimate payment dispute or exercise rights available under applicable law.

16. Duplicate Refunds and Remedies

Customers are not entitled to receive multiple forms of compensation for the same transaction where an equivalent remedy has already been completed.

For example, KOVYQ may decline an additional refund where:

  • A full refund has already been issued;

  • A successful chargeback has already reversed the payment;

  • A replacement has already been provided as an agreed resolution; or

  • Another equivalent remedy has already been completed.

This provision does not limit mandatory rights available under applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content associated with KOVYQ and the Website, including:

  • Brand names;

  • Logos;

  • Graphics;

  • Product photography;

  • Videos;

  • Website layouts;

  • Website design;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Text;

  • Icons;

  • Promotional materials;

  • Artwork; and

  • Other original content

is owned by or licensed to KOVYQ and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected KOVYQ content without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.

18. Customer Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, or other content to KOVYQ, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the content;

  • The content does not infringe third-party rights;

  • The content is not knowingly false or misleading; and

  • The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or malicious material.

Where permitted by applicable law and the applicable submission terms, you may grant KOVYQ permission to use submitted content for purposes such as:

  • Marketing;

  • Social media;

  • Advertising;

  • Product promotion; and

  • Customer communications.

We reserve the right to remove user-submitted content where appropriate.

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Return & Refund Policy;

  • Shipping Policy; and

  • Other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference

form the agreement governing your use of the Website and applicable purchases from KOVYQ.

KOVYQ may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:

  • Business practices;

  • Products;

  • Technology;

  • Legal requirements; or
